Terms and Conditions

• All source codes are the intellectual property of me (Abdul Samad). Clients can use these source codes on full payment but they do not own, unless the clients get the written approval of ownership by me.
• If you are not satisfied with the service(s), you may claim for the refund in 5 days (Not applicable for hourly services).
• 15% of total amount will be deducted on every refund (Hourly services amount will not be refunded).
• Payments can be made via Direct Bank Deposit, for more information please email me at info@samadshawn.com.
• Invoice will be sent after Customer receive his/her service(s) and it can be paid as per Terms.
• Maintenance Contract (Monthly, Bi-Monthly, Yearly) will be terminated if an invoice older than 3 days is not cleared/paid.
